MTY Rewards program ended on November 28th, 2021.

In-Store: When visiting any Café Depôt location, register in-store via the QR code or ask our staff to assist you.

Online: When visiting our website, register Online via our Online Ordering platform here or directly from this page.

Once registered and completed your profile. You can earn points on every single purchase in any Café Depôt location and Online placing an order via our Online ordering platform.
EXCEPT GIFT CARD PURCHASES.

It is important to complete your profile to be able to redeem points.

You can redeem points and save on your purchases any time in-store (ask cashier) and Online (at checkout).
No minimum purchase requirement.

Exchange value: 100 coffee beans(points) = $1.50

Applicable on bulk coffee and tea bags, syrups, and non dairy milk products.

EXCLUSION: Points CANNOT be redeemed toward GIFT CARDS, *BOUTIQUE ACCESSORIES and BREW AT HOME CLUB coffee subscription purchases at cafedepot.com and/or In-store.

As of November 29, 2021, all unused punches expire (whether or not there are enough of them to claim a reward). Punches do not transfer over to the new program and cannot be exchanged for a gift card.

No. As of November 29, 2021, MTY Rewards cards will no longer be accepted at MTY brands’ establishments or websites. As of this date, each participating brand will launch its own loyalty program. To join the new programs, you’ll need to visit the brands’ websites to register Online or in-store.

No. As of November 29, 2021, each participating MTY brand will offer a unique program with its own rewards. Head to your favourite participating brands’ websites to find out more.

It is recommended to keep one card and transfer all your points into a either digital or physical card.

However, if you want to keep both under one account, contact us at rewards@cafedepot.ca and we will be
happy to assist you.

Yes, keep your recipe and contact us at rewards@cafedepot.ca. We will be happy to apply your points.

No. As long as your account is active, you won’t lose the points you’ve earned, even if they’ve been in your account for a very long time. All cards that have been inactive throughout a consecutive 12-month period from their last transaction are considered as inactive members, thus terminating all benefits of the program.
